Why Rotary?

Rotary is an international membership organization made up of people who share a passion for and commitment to enhancing communities and improving lives across the world. Rotary clubs exist in almost every country. Our members change lives locally and connect with other clubs to work on international projects that address today’s most pressing challenges. Being a member is an opportunity to take action and make a difference, and it brings personal rewards and lifelong friendships in the process.

The Fremont Morning Rotary Club is the only one in southern Alameda County for those who prefer to meet in the morning before the work day begins. We are made up of local business, professional and civic leaders who meet weekly for breakfast. By getting to know each other, we form friendships and through that, we are able to make a difference in our Community and throughout the world.

Is Our Club Right for You?

While membership in Rotary is by invitation only, we are always seeking people who may be interested in joining our Club who:

Are willing to pursue the

Live or work in the Fremont/Newark/Union City area or have an interest or connection to our Club or community,
Have a desire to give back to the community and have some fun on the way,
Are able to attend our meetings and participate in our service projects, and
Are willing to pursue the Guiding Principles of Rotary.
